Supporting children and families on Cape Cod living with Cerebral Palsy

The Shields Family Foundation, a 501(c)(3), provides direct financial grants to Cape Cod families of children with Cerebral Palsy whose development and quality of life are limited due to financial situations.

Each year, we aim to support local families with funds paid directly to help cover therapy costs, equipment, childcare for other siblings so that parents can attend appointments, and more.

Families can become candidates through a straightforward application process which will be available on the website soon!
